Alana Marino is the Manager of Finance & Administration for Connecticut Temperature Controls (CTC) and American Energy Management (AEM). 

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction and HVAC industries, she oversees financial operations, administrative functions, and cross‑departmental processes that support both organizations. Alana specializes in operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and building systems that strengthen accuracy, accountability, and the overall customer experience. She is known for her steady leadership, clear communication, and ability to guide teams through growth and change.
